{"id":304,"date":"2024-04-22T22:45:01","date_gmt":"2024-04-22T14:45:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/famispy.com\/?page_id=304"},"modified":"2024-07-10T23:15:53","modified_gmt":"2024-07-10T15:15:53","slug":"terms-of-use","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/famispy.com\/nl\/terms-of-use\/","title":{"rendered":"Gebruiksvoorwaarden"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f5754368b5a97005a2361c78f09566a5\">Gebruiksvoorwaarden<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Update van de Eindgebruikerslicentieovereenkomst (EULA) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingangsdatum: 6 juni 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gelieve deze Eindgebruikerslicentieovereenkomst (EULA), ook wel de \u201cGebruikersovereenkomst\u201d genoemd, te lezen voordat u software van FamiSpy aanschaft. Door de FamiSpy-software te installeren en te gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met de voorwaarden die in deze overeenkomst zijn uiteengezet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze overeenkomst is juridisch bindend en onderhevig aan geschillen en juridische procedures. Ga niet verder met het downloaden en installeren van de FamiSpy-software, tenzij u expliciet akkoord gaat met alle hierin gepresenteerde voorwaarden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U heeft het recht om elke gebruiker van het doelapparaat op de hoogte te stellen van de aanwezigheid van de FamiSpy-monitoringsoftware. Het niet naleven hiervan kan juridische gevolgen hebben in uw rechtsgebied, wat mogelijk kan leiden tot kostbare rechtszaken. Daarnaast moet u de eigenaar van het doelapparaat informeren dat u van plan bent FamiSpy uitsluitend voor legale doeleinden te gebruiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Installatie van de FamiSpy-software op elk apparaat is onderworpen aan de volgende voorwaarden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Licentiedekking<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij aankoop van het FamiSpy-programma krijgt u een beperkte licentie voor het gebruik ervan. Deze licentie is niet overdraagbaar en kan niet worden ingetrokken. U moet zich aan de volgende voorwaarden houden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installeer FamiSpy alleen op apparaten die u bezit, overeenkomstig het type licentie dat u hebt gekocht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maak gebruik van de informatie die wordt verstrekt in het bedieningspaneel na een grondige beoordeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik de software uitsluitend voor het monitoren van specifieke apps of cloudgebaseerde informatie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik FamiSpy niet om apps of informatie te monitoren waarvoor u geen wettelijke toestemming hebt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vermijd het gebruik van de software op cloudgebaseerde platforms die het gebruik van meerdere apparaten toestaan \u200b\u200bdie niet expliciet worden gedekt door uw aangeschafte licentie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U bent verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de wettelijke rechten van elke app, elk account of programma dat wordt gemonitord met behulp van FamiSpy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wettelijke aanduiding<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De FamiSpy-software wordt alleen verstrekt aan gebruikers die de wettelijke bevoegdheid hebben om een apparaat, programma of applicatie te monitoren. Het installeren van de software op een apparaat of applicatie die u niet legaal bezit, vormt een schending van de voorwaarden van deze overeenkomst, waardoor u wordt blootgesteld aan mogelijke juridische gevolgen, inclusief monetaire, strafrechtelijke en civiele sancties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ongepast gebruik van FamiSpy<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door deze voorwaarden te accepteren, gaat u ermee akkoord FamiSpy niet te gebruiken voor doeleinden zoals laster, bedreigingen, intimidatie, misbruik, stalking of inbreuk op de privacyrechten van anderen. U erkent uw aansprakelijkheid voor eventuele schade die voortvloeit uit het onjuist gebruik van deze software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij behouden ons het recht voor om zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving aan u deinstallatie-instructies te verstrekken aan iedereen die een onjuiste installatie van FamiSpy op zijn of haar apparaat meldt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als rekeninghouder worden de gegevens die u ons verstrekt versleuteld en kunnen alleen worden vrijgegeven indien vereist door wetshandhavingsinstanties of andere juridische processen.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms of Use End User License Agreement (EULA) Update Effective Date: June 6, 2023 Please review this End User License Agreement (EULA), also called the &#8220;User Agreement,&#8221; before purchasing any FamiSpy software.
